• Delivery Window: Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Tracking Information: Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

• Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery window, unforeseen circumstances (such as customs, courier delays, or weather disruptions) may occasionally extend shipping times.
